Egyptian security authorities arrested the well-known social media figure, known as "Dr. Al-Qamar Rizq" or "The Beautiful Doctor", a cosmetic specialist, after it was revealed that she practiced medicine without a license and lacked official qualifications.

Investigations revealed that the accused impersonated a dermatologist and a body sculpting specialist, operating in an unlicensed clinic within the First Sheikh Zayed Police Department jurisdiction in 6th of October City.

Involvement of other nationalities and fraud against citizens Security investigations also revealed that a woman holding the nationality of an Arab country was involved in criminal activities related to fraud and embezzlement of citizens’ money, according to the official statement by the Egyptian Ministry of Interior on Facebook.

Based on confirmed information, the General Administration of Public Funds Crimes Investigation managed to locate and arrest the accused. During the search, a mobile phone containing evidence proving her involvement in criminal activity was found, along with medicines, medical supplies of unknown origin, and cash.

Confession to practicing the activity for financial profit During the investigation, the accused admitted that she carried out these activities for financial gain. She had established a fake medical office in Sheikh Zayed City, promoting herself via signs claiming she was a doctor, which helped attract victims. Following legal procedures, authorities coordinated to close the unlicensed clinic.

Fake activities on social media platforms According to media reports, the accused used the name "Hadeel Al-Hadi" on social media, promoting her fake medical activities on Instagram, where she became famous under the nickname "Dr. Al-Qamar Rizq".

Among her most prominent clients was blogger Jihad Ahmed, the ex-wife of Egyptian Mahraganat singer Issam Sasa, who had previously posted pictures of herself undergoing a nose reduction cosmetic procedure. Despite the arrest, Issam Sasa’s ex-wife has not made any comment on her social media accounts so far.
