The stamp features four unique images documenting the most important stages of Rahbani’s artistic journey, from his bright beginnings to his latest works, with each image serving as a window into a rich creative journey encompassing music, theater, and innovation.

Fans of the artist warmly welcomed this tribute, considering it a rightful recognition of his contributions that form an integral part of Lebanese culture. The stamp will officially begin circulating tomorrow, adding a new chapter to Lebanon’s artistic heritage.

The issuance of the stamp coincides with another cultural milestone: the Lebanese government, led by Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, announced the renaming of the “Hafez al-Assad” highway, stretching from Beirut International Airport to Selim Salam Tunnel, to bear the name of Ziad Rahbani, honoring his rich artistic legacy and his role in enriching modern Lebanese music.
