These services areoperated and maintained by Watan Satellite Broadcasting Company (Roya Channel) LLC, alimited liability company registered in Amman, Jordan.These Terms of Use govern the relationship between us and every user of the Services (you).Please read these terms carefully before using the Services. Your use of these services impliesyour acceptance of these terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree tothese terms, please refrain from using the Services.Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy which includes informationabout how we use your personal data. Please read our Privacy Policy at http://www.roya.tvbefore using the Services.We may make changes to these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on theServices. You are expected to review this page from time to time to be aware of any changesto these terms. Your continued use of the Services following the announcement of anychanges to these Terms will be deemed an acceptance from your side of those changes.The application uses third-party services that announce their terms and conditions via theservice provider's link:Google Play ServicesApple IDFacebookThese terms apply notwithstanding the type of device you use to access the Services(including a computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or any other electronic or technicaldevice that enables you to access the Services). These Terms also apply if you access theServices through third-party websites, provided that you are aware that the terms of third-party services (and their privacy policies) may also apply.Access to ServicesAccess to the Services is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right towithdraw or amend the service we provide on the Services without prior notice. We shall notbe held responsible for the unavailability of the Services for any reason, at any time or forany period.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to access the Services.You are also responsible for all persons using the services through your Internet line beingaware of these terms and their compliance with them.Roya TV ServicesRoya TV content is broadcast over the Internet through phones and televisions connected tothe Internet, in addition to computers, mobile phones and any other devices. It also allows theoperation of the subscription service for exclusive content and the live streaming service afteraccepting the payment process related to your subscription.Roya TV offers you a number of subscription packages for Roya TV Plus Service, themonthly broadcast services package (Monthly Packages); and the annual broadcast servicespackage (Annual Packages);You can watch Roya TV Plus Content within the country in which you made yoursubscription and only in geographic locations where we offer Roya TV Plus Services andwhere we have the right to make Roya TV Plus Content available.Roya TV software was developed for Roya Media Group, and is only used to broadcast andwatch authorized Roya TV Plus content through designated Roya TV devices. The softwaremay vary depending on the device and operating media; functions and features may alsodiffer between devices. The display quality of Roya TV content may vary from device todevice, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidthavailable through, and/or the speed of, your Internet connection. Availability of HD and UltraHD is dependent on Internet service capabilities, devices, and subscription type. Not allexclusive content and live streaming are available, and the default virtual operation settingson networks do not include content broadcast in FHD format as this depends on thesubscription you have purchased.Subscription:To subscribe to Roya TV services, please make all necessary arrangements on your part thatenable you to access Roya TV Plus services by accessing the paid internet service to yournetwork/mobile operator, and the Roya TV device, then registering using your own emailaccount and a password that you choose yourself to open a Roya TV account, and if you wantto watch exclusive content before it is shown on the screen in high definition, in addition tolive broadcasting and other features, you must choose any of the available packages, and paythe specified subscription fees using one of the payment options available to you. It isunderstood that the Roya TV Plus Services are intended for use by a single person. Ifmultiple people are authorized or unauthorized to access the same account repeatedly usingyour username (email account) and password, then you are personally responsible for the useof your account by yourself or by anyone else (whether with or without your consent). Pleasekeep your password and payment option confidential, and do not hesitate to notify Roya TVif you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account. All informationprovided by you must be true and accurate and must be updated during your subscription if itchanges. If you wish to cancel your account from the Roya TV platform, you must firstcancel your subscription to the bundle you have chosen.

You can have up to 3 Roya TV Plus devices associated with each of your Roya TV accountsat any given time.Once subscribed, the Subscriber will receive a security code (a unique one-time password)for the first time, which you will not receive for subsequent recurring monthly transactions.Once you decide to cancel your subscription, Roya will have the right to cancel yoursubscription and the subscriber will continue to access the Roya service until the end of yourbilling period in accordance with the Roya cancellation policy in this statement of terms andconditions.Payments:You, as a subscriber, agree to pay Roya TV on the same day of your subscription, by creditcard or any other payment method acceptable to us, the full subscription value for the servicewe provide and any other fees charged to your account/subscription such as taxes and/ortransaction fees. You also agree that the subscription value may vary from time to timedepending on the payment option you have adopted. You will be notified via email of anychange in the amount of your subscription to the Roya TV Plus program.Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the billing date, you authorize Roya TV to applyyour subscription fees in the next billing cycle to the same payment method you havepreviously used. Regarding monthly/annual payment options for bunldes payable by creditcard or direct payment method, Roya TV will automatically deduct the amount due from youraccount starting from the date of your subscription. It should also be noted that the annualsubscription is subject to one payment in advance upon subscription. For monthly/annualbundles and payment options, Roya TV may change the value of your subscription at anytime by giving you at least one month's advance notice.Roya TV may also change the value of your subscription without notice if required to do soby law or if it is required to do so by a regulatory authority in order to change any aspect ofspecial pricing that may affect the value of your subscription or if you change the servicebundle in the Roya TV Plus program. If the payment is not successfully settled due toexpiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you do not cancel your account, yourenjoyment of the Roya TV Plus Services may be suspended until you obtain a valid paymentmethod, if you do not settle any outstanding payments, Roya TV may, in its sole discretion,immediately suspend and/or discontinue its Services and terminate your subscription.Additional fees may apply accordingly. Roya TV will not refund the annual subscriptionvalue if it is cancelled. If you choose to cancel your subscription at any stage, the cancellationwill take effect from the last day of the paid period after notice of cancellation, with norefund of the money paid. All transactions are final. You are not entitled to any refund in theevent of any interruption of the Roya TV Plus services.

Termination/Suspension of Roya TV Account:Roya TV may terminate or suspend your account in order to protect you, Roya TV Plus, or itspartners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity. Roya TV reserves the right toterminate or prevent the use of your account or its Services at any time without notice orliability to Roya TV, if it suspects or finds, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any of

these Terms of Use, laws, or any relevant legal provision, or if you conduct yourselfinappropriately, or for any other reason that it consider to be in violation of the termscontained within these regulations. Roya TV reserves the right to close your account if youruse of the software constitutes a burden on it. Roya TV may suspend access to its content orclose your account indefinitely if necessary.

Ongoing subscription and cancellation:Your subscription to Roya TV Plus will remain valid on a monthly basis unless and until youcancel the subscription or until the services are interrupted and/or discontinued in accordancewith the Terms. You must cancel your subscription to avoid being billed before your monthlyrenewal date. We will add any fees and/or taxes, if applicable, to your monthly bill. Whenyou cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect from the end of the month inwhich the cancellation took place, as there will be no refund to you of any amounts paid inthis context. You can cancel your subscription through Roya TV services.

Our Content:All rights, including, without limitation, copyright, database rights, trademarks and tradenames in the Services and their content, whether audio, text, images, video or otherwise(“Content”), are owned by and licensed to us. This content is also protected by copyrightlaws and conventions around the world. All these rights are also reserved.You agree to access the Services for personal use only and not for public or commercial use.You are not authorized to copy, publish, store in any medium, broadcast, transmit, retransmit,modify or publicly display any parts of the Content without our prior written consent.You are authorized to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you arenot authorized to modify the Content or remove any author’s right, copyright or otherproprietary rights notices contained in the Content.Comments and other content contained on the Services are not intended to constitute advicefor reliance thereon, we therefore do not accept any responsibility or obligation arising fromreliance on such content by any visitor to the Services or by any person informed of suchcontent.We may change the content at any time. As necessary, we may suspend or deny access to theServices indefinitely. Jurisdiction and Applicable LawThe courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over anyclaim arising out of or relating to a visit to the Services.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or theirsubject matter or formulation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall begoverned by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Collection and Processing of Personal DataThe term “Personal Data” refers to information that directly or indirectly relates to you as anindividual (such as your name, bank card number, telephone number, email address, choicesor Internet Protocol address). Processing of personal data refers to any action taken by RoyaTV or any third party appointed by Roya TV with respect to personal data, such as collection,recording and storage. How to Delete the Account:If you change your mind and decide to leave the Roya TV app, you can delete your profileand it keeps your data for 6 months just in case you decide to join us again. Also, you maywithdraw our permission to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure ofyour information (first name, last name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender),please contact us at info@roya.tv and we will take necessary action immediately.
