Recipe Ingredients:
1 ½ kg boneless chicken thighs
2 ½ cups basmati rice
3 onions, sliced and fried

A little saffron soaked in 2 tablespoons rose water

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons ready-made biryani powder
2 tbsp ready-made biryani sauce paste (optional)
¼ cup chopped green coriander
2 tbsp chopped green mint
1 tbsp yogurt
Ingredients for cooking rice:
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp biryani spices
