Recipe ingredients:

1 kg cutlet or ribs (lamb)

Large cabbage (4 kg)

 

The filling

4 cups short-grain rice (800 g), washed and soaked

600 gm minced lamb (20% fat)

3 tablespoons oil

Spices

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon cumin

1 tablespoon broth powder

10 cardamom pods

1.25 liters of meat broth (or two broth cubes dissolved in hot water)

A lemon

Two whole garlic cloves
