The recipe ingredients are:

- 3 cups of bulgur- 2 cups of chickpeas- 1 cup of vermicelli- 1 onion- 1 bouillon cube- 2 teaspoons ground cardamom- 2 teaspoons cinnamon- 1 teaspoon allspice- 2 tablespoons olive oil- 1/2 cup fresh coriander (cilantro)- 2 cloves of minced garlic

For the Chicken Filling:

- 4 boiled chicken breasts- Chicken broth from boiling the chicken- 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)- For grilling the chicken: - 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt - 1 tablespoon tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - A pinch of nutmeg
