Recipe Ingredients:
- ½ bag of spaghetti- ½ bag of small macaroni- 1 cup of vermicelli- 2 cups of boiled lentils- 2 cups of boiled chickpeas- 3 cups of medium-grain Abu Al-Bint rice- 2 cups of thinly sliced and fried onions until crispy- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (such as Mazola)- Salt to taste
For making the tomato and tahini sauce:
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (such as Mazola)- 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic- 1 finely chopped onion- 1 tablespoon of cumin- 1 tablespoon of dried coriander- 3 tablespoons of vinegar- Salt to taste- 1 teaspoon of chili powder- 2 cups of squeezed tomatoes
For making the garlic and vinegar sauce:
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (such as Mazola)- 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic- 1 tablespoon of dried coriander- ½ cup of vinegar- ½ cup of water- Salt to taste
