Bilad al-Sham Kitchen - Vegetable and meat casserole

 Ingredients:

- 1 kilogram of lamb meat, cut into small cubes- 2 eggplants- 3 zucchinis- 2 tomatoes- 2 onions- 2 hot peppers- 1 green bell pepper- 2 potatoes- 10 peeled garlic cloves- Juice of 1 lemon- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste- 1 teaspoon of mixed spices- 1 teaspoon of black pepper- 2 teaspoons of salt- 1 and 1/2 cups of water- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil- Parsley
