500 grams fine bulgur (brown or blonde)

1 1/4 cups fine semolina

Kibbeh spices:

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Salt and pepper

Meat stuffing:

700 grams finely ground lamb meat

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Chopped onion

1 cup chopped walnuts

Meat spices:

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder

Salt and pepper
