Basmati rice with shrimp and dill:
2 and 1/2 cups cooked basmati rice
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 kilo of fresh shrimp
1 tablespoon of fish seasoning
1 tablespoon of turmeric
1 tablespoon of hot red pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning, optional
Salt and Pepper
1 cup onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, cut into slices
2 cups chopped bell pepper
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1 cup broth
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped dill
