Grape leaves fatteh with ylang-ylang oil:

2 cups soaked Egyptian rice

250 gm grape leaves

1 cup chopped parsley

1 cup chopped tomato

Half a cup of chopped fresh mint

Half a cup of chopped green onions

Half a cup of lemon juice

Half a cup of olive oil

2 tablespoons of tamarind paste

A splash of Turkish coffee

Salt and black pepper

To apply the fatta:

A kilo of milk

Half a cup of tahini

A tablespoon of mashed garlic

Fried bread
