Turkish chicken stew on the Ottoman way with Chef Nidal Al-Buraihi, Ingredients:
Two chickens
A cup of chopped onion
Two cups of tomato puree
A spoonful of minced garlic
A quarter cup of pomegranate molasses
One tablespoon of tomato puree + two tablespoons of lemon juice
Half a spoonful of cumin, paprika, coriander, ginger, turmeric, mixed spices, soft cardamom.
Salt and Pepper
