Veal stew with vegetables + 1 kilo of veal, cut into pieces
Chopped onion + a tablespoon of minced garlic + a liter of meat broth
A teaspoon of thyme + a teaspoon of rosemary + a tablespoon of flour
A quarter cup of vegetable oil + a spoonful of tomato paste + two cups of assorted and chopped vegetables
Cubes of salt and pepper, saffron rice + 4 cups of basmati rice
8 cups of water + a quarter of a cup of oil + a spoonful of saffron + a spoonful of rose water + salt
