Recipe Ingredients:
750g minced beef
250g minced lamb
1 grated onion
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

For the sauce:
1 cup Al-Kaseeh tahini
1 cup Almarai yogurt
2 cups water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
For the rice:
3 cups Tiger medium grain rice
1/2 cup vermicelli
1/4 cup Shaaban oil
1 tbsp salt
4 cups boiling water
