2 teaspoons dried coriander

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

5 cloves garlic, crushed with 2 hot peppers

4 tablespoons lemon juice

For the flour mixture:

2 cups flour

Spices (same spices as used in the dry fish marinade)

Oil for frying
