**Baked Kabsa**
**Chicken Marinade**
- 1 onion- 1 tomato- 3 tablespoons olive oil- 2 tablespoons lemon juice- 3 cloves garlic- 1 teaspoon Kabsa spices- 1 teaspoon coarse paprika (optional)- 1 teaspoon salt- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric- Ground cardamom- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
**For the Baking Dish**
- Vegetable oil- 1 onion- 1 piece of green pepper- Red pepper (optional)- Bay leaf- Salt- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper- Green chili pepper- 1 cup water
**For the Rice**
- 4 cups long-grain rice- 2 tablespoons salt- 1 tablespoon Kabsa spices- Dried lime (loomi)- Cinnamon stick
