Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 whole chickens, approximately 1 kilogram each- 1/4 cup ketchup- 1/4 cup soy sauce- 1/4 cup vinegar- 1/4 cup lemon juice- 1/4 cup honey- 1/2 cup olive oil- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika- 1 teaspoon cinnamon- 1 tablespoon ground cardamom- 1 teaspoon turmeric- Salt and pepper- Crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

- 2 red onions, sliced- 6 cloves of garlic, chopped- 2 sprigs of rosemary with leaves- 1 sprig of lemongrass, chopped- 1 fennel bulb, chopped- 2 lemons, quartered with peels- 2 fresh bay leaves- Baby potatoes- Baby carrots
