Recipe ingredients:

One handful of tomatoes for each type of vegetable

Half a cup of olive oil

Finely chopped onion

Garlic years

One hot pepper

6 tomatoes

Vegetables

3 medium-sized eggplants, cut into cubes and fried

6  zucchini, cut into cubes

5 potatoes cut into cubes

Salt

Black pepper

A quarter cup of lemon juice

Parsley for garnish
