 Recipe Ingredients:

For the dough:- 1 cup all-purpose flour- 2 cups whole wheat flour- 2 tablespoons wheat bran- 1 tablespoon yeast- 1/4 cup olive oil- 1 teaspoon salt- 1/2 teaspoon sugar- Warm water for kneading

For the filling:- 6 cups coarsely ground spinach- 1 finely chopped onion- 1 cup finely chopped green onions- 1 finely chopped hot pepper- 1 finely chopped tomato, drained- 1/4 cup olive oil- 2 tablespoons lemon juice- 2 tablespoons sumac- Salt and pepper
