Mushroom Meatball Tray:

3/4 kilo of minced veal

1 teaspoon of spices

The sauce:

2 tablespoons of oil

1 onion, minced wings

2 garlic cloves

4 pre-fried potatoes

2 cups sweet red pepper, chopped

2 cups sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup of vinegar

1/4 cup pomegranate molasses

2 tablespoons of pepper molasses

1 tablespoon of chili

Salt and Pepper

1/4 cup of olive oil

Pomegranate and green onions for garnish
