How to prepare the Sheshbarak
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1 cup of wheat flour
1 spoonful of olive oil
Three-quarters of a cup of water
Half a kilo of minced meat
1 Chopped onion
1 Spoon of mixed spices
1 Teaspoon of salt
2 kilos of yoghurt
2 tablespoons of starch
3 garlic cloves
Quarter a cup of chopped coriander
Quarter a cup of olive oil
Salt and white pepper
