Smoked rice with lamb ribs according to the way of Chef Nidal Al-Buraihi, Ingredients:
2 lamb shoulder
A spoonful of paprika + a teaspoon of turmeric
A spoonful of dried garlic + a teaspoon of thyme and rosemary
Salt and Pepper
For rice:
2 kilos of basmati rice, soaked and drained
2 liters of broth for cooking rice
Half a kilo of minced meat + half a cup of oil
A quarter cup of my obesity
Soft minced onion
1 tablespoon cardamom + 1 tablespoon nutmeg
Two tablespoons of mixed spices + a teaspoon of cinnamon
