Grilled chicken with red sauce and dipping hot yoghurt by Chief Dima Hijjawi.
Ingredients:
8 chicken pieces with bone + 8 crushed garlic grains
1 Lemon juice
Half a cup of olive oil + Quarter a cup of vinegar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon + cardamom + spices + nutmeg + salt and pepper
2 teaspoons of tomato paste
Quarter a cup of ketchup
1 teaspoon of curry powder + 1 teaspoon of crushed hot red pepper
A Pinch of green dry thyme
Hot yoghurt dip:
Half a cup of yoghurt + Half a cup of mayonnaise
Quarter a cup of lemon juice + Half a cup of pickled cucumber
Half a cup of chopped hot pepper + Half a cup of chopped green onion
2 tablespoons of parsley
Salt and Pepper
Crushed chili + 6 diced potatoes
