Bilad al-Sham Kitchen - Madfoon chicken with bulgur

Buried chicken with bulgur by Chief Nidal Al-Baraihi.

Ingredients:

2 chickens

1 kilo of drenched rough bulgur + 1 liter of chicken broth

2 cups of boiled chickpeas + 2 cups of chopped onions

Quarter a cup of Vegetable oil

1 teaspoon of turmeric + 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of cumin + 1 teaspoon of cardamom

1 teaspoon of nutmeg + 1 tablespoon of flour

Salt and Pepper

Almonds to serve
