Recipe Ingredients:
500g small eggplants
190g ground beef
1/2 cup pine nuts
Ghee for frying (as needed)
2 cups tomato juice
1 chopped onion
Salt
Black pepper
A pinch of mixed spices
A pinch of cinnamon
Yogurt and Bread
2 cups yogurt
2 cloves garlic
2 cups toasted pita bread
Fried almonds
Serving Instructions:
Place the bread in a dish and drizzle with some of the tomato juice.
Then add the yogurt.
Then add the eggplant.
Garnish with almonds if desired.
