Spicy Potato Fatteh:
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons chopped hot pepper
4 potatoes, diced and fried
1 teaspoon pepper paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Potato spices
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
¼ cup chopped coriander
For the meat:
½ onion, chopped
1 kilo ground veal
1 tablespoon Mama spices
Salt and pepper
For the yogurt sauce:
2 tablespoons tahini
2 cups yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt

3 loaves of bread, cut into squares and fried / Coriander and hot pepper + fried almonds and pine nuts for garnish
