Swedish Meatballs

Meat Mixture

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup milk

1 kilo minced beef

1 onion

2 eggs

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon allspice or any meat seasoning

For the potatoes

2 kilos potatoes

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup cooking cream

4 garlic cloves (make holes in the garlic)

Rosemary

And of course, add 1 tablespoon salt to the potatoes after mashing them.

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
