For the Kofta:
1 kg minced beef (20% fat)
1 onion
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Turkish spices
For the vegetables:
1 chopped onion
1 finely chopped green chili pepper
1 diced green bell pepper
3 minced garlic cloves
2 diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons pepper molasses
Salt and pepper
Charcoal and oil for smoking
To serve:
Rice with vermicelli
