Half a kilo of minced meat 

Chopped onion 

A tablespoon of minced garlic 

A quarter cup of oil 

A cup of chopped carrots 

Half a cup of chopped celery 

A can of peeled and chopped tomatoes 

A cup of chopped colored peppers 

A teaspoon of thyme 

A cup of grated cheese
