3 tablespoons makdous oil or regular olive oil
3 large tomatoes, chopped
Large onion, sliced
Two garlic cloves, cut into slices
Chopped green pepper
A cup of coarsely chopped spinach leaves
A tablespoon of pepper molasses (optional)
Hot pepper (optional)
A teaspoon of smoked paprika
A teaspoon of cumin
Five eggs
Green onion and hot pepper for the face
