**Kashk**
- 1 kilogram of crushed boiled wheat- 2 kilograms of curdled milk
**Kashk Pastries**
- 2 cups warm water- 1 cup Almarai powdered milk- 2 tablespoons sugar- 2 tablespoons yeast- ½ cup vegetable oil- 5 cups flour- 1 teaspoon salt
