The initiative, organized by Aires Academy in collaboration with several partners, is a major grassroots project focused on identifying promising young players and selecting an elite group to represent Jordan in a major international tournament in Spain—opening global pathways for local talent at an early age.

From local trials to the global stage

To ensure nationwide participation, scouting rounds and trials will be held across seven key governorates:

• North: Irbid
• Central: Amman, Zarqa
• South: Karak, Tafila, Ma’an, Aqaba

These stages will act as qualifying rounds, filtering talent step by step until the final selection phase led directly by Saviola himself.

Final selection under Saviola’s guidance

Following the regional trials, Saviola—former Barcelona and Real Madrid star—will personally select the final squad that will represent Jordan in Spain. The move is designed to boost international exposure for young players and place them on a professional pathway under world-class supervision.
