Recipe ingredients:

7 large onions

 The filling

200 gm minced lamb meat

100 gm lamb fat (Leh)

2 cups short grain rice

1 finely chopped tomato

1 finely chopped onion

1/2 cup dill

2 tablespoons tamarind paste

2 tablespoons tomato paste

3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses

3 tablespoons olive oil

Spices

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground lime

2 teaspoons broth powder

Salt and Pepper

 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

 Broth:

2 tablespoons tomato paste

3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses

2 tablespoons tamarind paste

Boiling water

Salt and Pepper

 

Lamb as desired (castalita or ribs)
