Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
- 700g chicken thighs- 1 teaspoon onion powder- 1 teaspoon garlic powder- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar- 2 tablespoons olive oil- Salt and pepper to taste
*For the Salad:*
- 6 cups lettuce- 3 apples- Blueberries- 100g aged cheddar cheese, shredded- 1/3 cup dried cranberries- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds- 1/2 cup walnuts
*For the Salad Dressing (Vinaigrette):*
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard- 3/4 cup olive oil- Salt and pepper to taste
