Recipe Ingredients:

For the stuffing and presentation:

- 200-250 grams of pigeon (bird)

- Basmati rice

- Long-grain rice

- Peas

- Carrots

- 1 teaspoon of cardamom

- 1 teaspoon of black pepper

- 1 teaspoon of turmeric

- Chicken broth

For boiling the pigeon:

- Bay leaves

- Cloves

- Whole black peppercorns

- Whole cardamom pods

For roasting:

- 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom

- 1 teaspoon of saffron

- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary

- 1 teaspoon of paprika

- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

- Almonds for garnish
