Filling:

300 grams lamb (20% fat content)3 cups short-grain rice (washed and soaked)1/4 cup olive oil3 teaspoons onion powder1 teaspoon garlic powder2 teaspoons broth powderSalt and pepper to taste

Sauce:

1/3 cup tomato paste1/2 cup concentrated tamarind paste (or 2 cups soaked and strained tamarind pulp)2 liters boiling water3 tablespoons brown sugar (or white sugar)Cucumber pulp1 tablespoon broth powder (or 2 bouillon cubes)Salt and pepper to taste
