- 4 denise fish (500g each)- Lemon slices- Onion powder- Garlic powder- Paprika- Ground ginger- Olive oil- Salt and pepper- Dill
Tamarind Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil- 1 small onion- 2 cloves of garlic- 2 tablespoons tomato paste- 3 tablespoons white vinegar- 1 finely chopped tomato- 1 teaspoon onion powder- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder- 2 teaspoons brown sugar- 2 tablespoons concentrated tamarind paste- 1/2 cup water or fish broth- Dill- Salt and pepper
