650 grams of finely ground minced meat (500 grams lamb shoulder + 150 grams beef)

1 seedless tomato

1/3 of a sweet red pepper (finely chopped)

Spices (1 teaspoon of onion powder, garlic powder, ground coriander, paprika)

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

Salt and pepper

For garnish:

Pomegranate molasses
