Recipe Ingredients:
1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped
700g diced veal
1 cup softened and drained jameed (dried yogurt)
2 cups buttermilk
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small onion
Cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf
Salt, black pepper
Juice of half a lemon
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Oil for frying
Ghee or olive oil for serving
