A number of cancer patients and their families complained about difficulties accessing treatment after the implementation of the "Care" system. They asserted that the new procedures led to delays in appointments and the cancellation of some treatment sessions, causing widespread concern among them. According to citizens, the new system did not clarify the approved mechanisms, causing confusion for patients, especially those coming from distant governorates, who were surprised by the postponement or rescheduling of their treatment appointments.
