Min Hunna Nabda - Delays in refunding financial dues to subscribers, and "Social Security" explains

A citizen filed a complaint stating that he was being delayed in receiving a financial due from the Social Security Corporation, despite his company having fulfilled all its obligations.

The citizen explained that a reduction in an employee"s contribution salary resulted in an outstanding financial obligation to the company, amounting to [amount missing], against installments paid under existing agreements. However, the due amount has not yet been disbursed.

He indicated that his case was transferred between the Social Security branches in Zarqa and Amman before he was informed that the delay was due to a calculation error related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
