Residents of Irbid Governorate, specifically in the Bani Kinanah district of Sama al-Rousan village in the Ain al-Jamal area, complained about the dangerous condition of a semi-main road serving their village and several neighboring villages. They cited the lack of adequate road safety measures due to ongoing excavation work.

According to the residents, the road is almost entirely unlit, with only one warning sign placed on the side. They described this sign as insufficient and difficult to see at night, increasing the likelihood of traffic accidents, especially given the road"s heavy traffic and daily use.
