Residents of Mafraq Governorate complained about the dilapidated state of the entrance to the Zaatari Municipality, emphasizing that the road leading to the municipality is unpaved and riddled with potholes and dirt, making movement difficult for vehicles and visitors, especially during the winter months when the situation worsens with rainfall. The residents called on the relevant authorities to expedite the paving of the entrance and improve the infrastructure, given the importance of the location and the large number of people who use it daily.
