Recipe Ingredients:

2 kg zucchini

Meat

800 g minced lamb or veal

1 onion

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 cup toasted pine nuts or almonds

Spices

2 tsp bouillon powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground cardamom

1/2 tsp ground coriander

Salt and pepper

Yogurt Sauce

1 kg liquid jameed (dried yogurt)

1 kg sheep"s yogurt

4 cups meat broth

8 cloves crushed garlic

Fresh coriander

Oil or ghee

Serve with rice

Almonds and pine nuts for garnish
