Chicken with Chimichurri Sauce and Basmati Rice
For the Sauce:
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 cloves minced garlic
4 hot peppers

1 teaspoon thyme

For the Chicken Marinade:
8 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon onion powder
For the rice:
3 cups Mahmood basmati rice
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 teaspoons turmeric
1 stock cube
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1/4 cup oil
