400 gm fresh mushrooms
1 cup liquid cooking cream
3 cups chicken broth
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons dried tarragon
6-8 sheets of Filo Pastry dough
2 tablespoons liquid butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
