Salt and pepper

Second Marinade: 12-24 hours

2 tablespoons mustard oil or vegetable oil

1/4 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup labneh

Spices

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon onion seeds

2 teaspoons garlic seeds

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

2 teaspoons garam masala (Indian spice mix)

1 teaspoon brown sugar
