3-4 roasted eggplants
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups milk
Mozzarella cheese
Black pepper, nutmeg, and salt
For the meatballs:
1/2 kg minced veal
1 grated onion
2 grated garlic cloves
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

For spices: salt, black pepper, thyme, cumin, and paprika
For frying:
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup water
