**Fish Tray with Tahini and Pine Nuts
**Ingredients:
- 1 kg fish fillet- 2 potatoes, sliced into rounds- 1 tablespoon grated ginger- 2 tablespoons olive oil- 1 teaspoon turmeric- 1 teaspoon cumin- 1 teaspoon salt- ½ cup lemon juice- 1 cup tahini- 2 cups water- 3 hot peppers- 5 cloves garlic, crushed

- Pine nuts- Parsley
