- Al-Ramtha’s points remain at 34, dropping to third place
Al-Jazeera handed Al-Ramtha their first loss of the current Pro League season, winning a narrow 1-0 victory on Wednesday evening at King Abdullah II Stadium in Al-Qweismeh.
The decisive goal came in stoppage time from Saif Al-Taher, boosting the “Red Devils” to 21 points in fifth place, while Al-Ramtha’s tally stayed at 34, dropping them to third.
In another match, Al-Faisaly temporarily claimed the top spot after a commanding 4-0 win over Al-Sarhan at Amman International Stadium. The goals came from Mohannad Khairallah, Mohamed Hammadi, Lee Irwin, and an own goal, lifting the “Blue Eagles” to 36 points.
The 16th round is set to conclude Thursday with two key matches: Al-Hussein Irbid faces Al-Baqa’a, while Al-Wehdat clashes with Al-Salt in a tight race for the top positions.
